Day 01:

Delhi-Haridwar
(200 Kms)
Pick up from Airport or Railway Station Departure
for Haridwar by road. Evening free for Sightseeing
and Aarti Puja. Overnight stay at hotel Classic
or similar.

Day 02
|
Haridwar - Syanachatti
(268 Kms)
After breakfast
leave for Syananchatti via Barkot. Overnight stay
at Hotel Kalindi or similar.
Syanachatti: is a scenic spot along the banks
of river Yamuna that makes a lovely sight enroute
the trek upto Yamunotri

Day 03:
|
Syanachatti -Yamunotri-Syanachatti
(20 Kms drive / 10 Kms on foot).
Early morning
drive 10 Kms up to Jankichatti and 5 Kms on foot
for Yamunotri (3165 mts. Above sea level) Darshan
and Pooja and return back to Syananchatti. Overnight
stay at Syananchatti Hotel Kalindi or similar.
Yamunotri: Yamunotri temple is dedicated
to Goddess Yamuna. Yamunotri is the source of revered
river Yamuna which originates from the Champasar
Glacier lying 1 Kms. ahead of the shrine situated
at an elevation of 3235 Mt. above sea-level. The
approach is extremely difficult and pilgrims therefore
offer pooja at the temple itself. The temple was
built by Manharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th
century. Yamunotri was the home of an anicent sage
Asit Muni.

Day 04
|
Syanachatti - Harsil
(215 Kms).
After breakfast
leave for Harsil. Overnigh stay at Kemp Caravan,
Harsil.
Harsil: Located in the mountain district
of Uttarkashi is the sylvan hamlet of Harsil (2620
Mts. above sea level), known for scenic landscapes
and delicious apples. Sat Tal or seven lakes nearby
(2 Kms) are a not to be missed attraction.

Day 05
|
Harsil - Gangotri
- Harsil
After Breakfast
leave for Gangotri. Darshan Pooja and day free for
leisure. Evening return back to Harsil. Overnight
stay at Kemp Caravan.
Gangotri: Gangotri
Temple is 18th Century temple dedicated
go Goddess Ganga. It is located near a sacred stone
where King Bhagirath worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga
is believed to have touched earth at this spot.
According to another legend, Pandavas performed
the great "Deva Yagna" here to atone the death of
their kinsmen in the epic battle of Mahabarata.
The Temple is and exquisite 20 ft. high structure
made of white granite.
Gaumukh (Optional): The Gaumukh glacier 18
Kms trek from Gangotri is the source of Bhagirathi
(Ganga) and is held in high esteem by devouts who
do not miss the opportunity to have a holy dip in
the bone chilling icy water. There is lodging and
other facility at Bhojbasa, 14 Kms from Gangotri.

Day 06:

Harsil-Rishikesh (261
Kms)
After breakfast
leave for Rishikesh. Evening for sightseeing and
Aarti Puja in Rishikesh. Overnight stay at Hotel
Natraj/Ganga Kinare or similar.

Day 07:
|
Rishikesh - Delhi
(225 Kms)
Departure for
Delhi. Arrival in evening. Tour Concludes.
